They're UK based, so shipping internationally takes a minute. I'm in Cali and it was around 1-2 weeks for me. You get tracking info though, so you can keep an eye on it.

From my experience, they run pretty true to size. I'm usually a small and their smalls fit me well. Haven't had to size up or down with them.
